Role & responsibilities Manage daily operations of the centre (trampoline, arcade, VR, bowling, kids play area). Lead and supervise staff, ensure grooming, discipline, and customer service. Maintain centre ambience, cleanliness, and game uptime. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer experience. Drive sales targets, upselling, and support local marketing activities. Monitor cash handling, reports, inventory, and compliance with SOPs. Coordinate with head office for HR, finance, marketing, and maintenance needs. Ensure safety protocols and smooth functioning of all zones. Preferred candidate profile 4- 8 years of experience in managing operations in a Game Zone / Family Entertainment Center (FEC) Hands-on experience with Semnox (Tix, POS, Tap-to-Play, inventory & reporting modules) Strong team management and customer service background Experience handling large footfall and multi-zone operations Target-driven, disciplined, and operationally strong Willing to work on weekends/holidays Immediate joiners preferred
