Role & responsibilities LAN & Network Management • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and firewalls. • Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across offices and remote sites. • Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Hardware & System Support Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware. Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Remote Support & User Assistance Provide L1/L2 remote support to end users via phone, email, or remote tools (AnyDesk,TeamViewer, etc.) Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Assist users in system access, password resets, and application support. IT Operations & Maintenance Monitor system health, backups, and logs. Collaborate with vendors for warranty claims, AMC, and hardware replacements. Document incidents, resolutions, and updates in IT service management tools. Audit of 3rd party IT Infrastructures. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or similar.

Understand the manpower requirements of clients and map these needs with the current student populations profiles. Create and maintain a student database that details profiles and placement statuses. Develop and manage an MIS to track students placed, including organizations and positions. Ensure all defined placement targets are met and continuously strive to achieve set goals. Add new recruiters/clients each quarter within the assigned zone to broaden placement opportunities. Ensure all registered students are placed according to the planned targets. Enable centers through the Placement Registration process, provide regular activities, guidance, and support, and assist students with mock tests before interviews. Organize industry seminars, workshops, and alumni meets to facilitate student engagement and networking. Support industry connect events and provide assistance in related activities. Generate and manage MIS, job postings, and monthly reports on placement data. Provide business intelligence on hiring trends, identifying areas where hiring may slow down or accelerate. Develop and maintain strong industry partnerships across the Media & Entertainment sector and related creative industries. 3. Center Coordination & Support Coordinate closely with center placement teams and academic heads to align student readiness with industry expectations. Conduct regular visits to centers to guide and support local placement initiatives. 4. Industry Interaction & Events Represent the organization in regional industry forums, seminars, and networking events. Support industry connect events and related activities to build relationships with potential employers. 5. Data Management & Reporting Track and report placement progress, ensuring achievement of regional targets. Maintain and expand a database of potential employers and industry contacts. Preferred candidate profile: Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, or Talent Acquisition. Preferred background in the Media & Entertainment or Education/Training industry. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and reporting abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel across North India as required.
