Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end centre operations, including leading a team of trainers and mobilizers.
Oversee and implement skill development programs focused on green skills (EV Technician & Solar Panel Technician) for youth.
Lead the team to ensure smooth execution of program activities and achievement of set targets.
Collaborate with ITI students, local communities, and industry partners to fulfil program objectives.
Track and assess daily progress of students at the centre from mobilization through placement.
Handle overall centre management, including administrative duties and coordination with various departments and the Head Office team.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance outcomes.
Must have strong knowledge of the local area and be capable of effectively mobilizing candidates

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in social work, rural development, or a related field.
Proven experience in skill centre management or skill development with a strong record of successful program implementation.
Solid knowledge of green skills, advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and MS Suites. Experience managing paid training centres is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, industry partners, and project teams.
Preference will be given to local candidates.
