Job Description

Looking for a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our team at Novotel Ahmedabad, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the bakery team to ensure high-quality food production.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including dough mixing, baking, and decorating.
Excellent leadership and communication skills are required to manage a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high-quality food production.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
