Role & responsibilities Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territory/segment. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Oil Technology (essential); MBA preferred. 3+ years of proven sales experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or specialty chemicals. Strong hunter mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Fluent in English (verbal & written).
