Role & responsibilities Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territory/segment. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Present product solutions, handle objections, and negotiate to win deals. Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to capture new opportunities. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Oil Technology (essential); MBA preferred. 3+ years of proven sales experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or specialty chemicals. Strong hunter mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Fluent in English (verbal & written).
