Catering Sales Manager

Your primary focus will be on achieving catering sales goals, identifying key accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for achieving individual catering sales goals - Identify and prioritize potential key accounts (banquet and group) and develop strategies to penetrate those accounts - Make outside sales calls to prospective catering customers and negotiate the sale of catering functions - Prepare proposals for clients outlining function details and coordinate with relevant departments - Conduct on-site client inspections to showcase available services and capabilities - Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up with key contacts regularly - Maintain proper flow of information to the sales team and review work file of assigned accounts - Communicate clients" requests to all departments effectively and in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team for additional business opportunities Qualifications Required: - Minimum one to three years of hotel catering or convention experience - Local market knowledge is preferred - High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred - Experience managing to brand standards - Ability to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers - General knowledge of contract laws - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other computer skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent negotiation and mathematical skills Join Park Inn by Radisson and be part of a team that values genuine hospitality, teamwork, and exceeding guest expectations.
