Job Title: Catering Manager Location: Kasargod, Kerala Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Catering Operations or Hospitality Management Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage / Event Services Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to lead and oversee our catering operations in Kasargod. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day catering services, supervising staff, ensuring high-quality food and service delivery, maintaining client relationships, and achieving business goals through efficient planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all catering functions, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions Manage and coordinate with kitchen, service, logistics, and client teams Ensure food quality, hygiene standards, and presentation meet company expectations Lead a team of chefs, service staff, and support personnel Manage budgets, food costs, inventory, and supplier coordination Handle customer queries, event planning, site visits, and client feedback Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Forecast staffing needs, schedule shifts, and manage team performance Drive revenue growth through efficient operations and customer satisfaction Prepare reports on catering performance and financials for management review Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in catering, hospitality, or food service industry Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines efficiently Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and inventory management Knowledge of local cuisine and event trends is a plus Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per event schedules Preference for candidates with local language proficiency (Malayalam) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred If you're passionate about delivering exceptional catering experiences and have the leadership to manage large-scale events, apply now to join our growing team in Kasargod.
