Catering Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Catering Manager for a chain of resturants to lead and manage all aspects of catering operations. The ideal candidate will oversee menu planning, food preparation, client coordination, and staff management to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction for events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale functions.

• Plan, organize, and execute catering services for various events and functions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and customize menus accordingly.
• Supervise catering staff, including chefs, servers, and delivery personnel.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service meet brand and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control catering costs within budget.
• Oversee logistics including setup, transportation, and event breakdown.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle client feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
