Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end Gypsum sourcing

  (Natural, FGD, Chemical) from domestic & international markets.
• Oversee

  vessel chartering

  (Time/Voyage) & negotiate optimal freight rates.
• Coordinate

  international shipping, port operations & customs clearance

  .
• Develop

  cost-effective logistics strategies

  for import/export operations.
• Ensure

  compliance

  with trade regulations & shipping guidelines.
• Monitor & analyze logistics performance, driving

  cost optimization

  .
• Maintain strong vendor & stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and implement

  continuous process improvements

  .

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Graduate with a Postgraduate qualification in Shipping from a reputed institute.

• Experience:

  Minimum 3 years in Purchase/Logistics within the manufacturing or freight forwarding industry.

• Expertise:

• Proven track record in

  vessel chartering

  and

  freight rate negotiation

  .
• Strong understanding of

  international trade, export regulations, and compliance

  .
• Skilled in

  logistics software

  , systems, and process optimization.
• Adept at

  data analysis, problem-solving

  , and cost optimization.
