Job Specification: Position: Area Sales Incharge - Tekbond Location: Pune Qualifications: Graduate/ MBA preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in Retail Sales Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: • Drive retail sales of adhesives, sealants, and expansion joint solutions in the construction segment. • Secure product specifications and approvals from architects, consultants, developers, and builders. • Expand presence in the fenestration industry, working with UPVC and aluminum door/window manufacturers. • Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers. • Conduct technical presentations, product trials, and participate in industry exhibitions. • Oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.
