Hiring: Manager Captive Insurance Accounting (Leading Global Insurance Brokerage)

About the Role:

Captive Insurance Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
Captive Insurance Accounting
and reporting.
Handle
client interactions
for captive entities (insurance & reinsurance).
Lead, mentor, and scale large accounting teams (50100 members).
Drive
process transition, migration
, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with international insurance / reinsurance market regulations.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

Qualification:

CA
with 12+ years of experience
OR
Non-CA
with 14+ years of experience in accounting/insurance domain.

Minimum
10 years post-qualification
experience in
insurance / reinsurance accounting
.
Strong exposure to
Captive Client Accounting
.
Team management
experience is mandatory handling 50–100 FTEs.
Experience in
team scaling, migration, and process transition
.
Exposure to the
BPM / Shared Services
environment will be an added advantage.
