As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Team, you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - SAP PPDS Professional should have: Experience in production planning and embedded planning processes. Must have implementation experience on SAP IBP Experienced in schedule planning, alert monitoring, and plan order scheduling strong business understanding discrete manufacturing Tank Capacity Management: Monitors and manages the storage limits of tanks to avoid overflow or underutilization. Product Segregation: Ensures that tanks store compatible products to prevent contamination. Shelf-Life Considerations: Accounts for product stability and expiration in scheduling. Tank Cleaning Cycles: Plans cleaning cycles to maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Heuristic-Based Scheduling: Leverages SAP IBP heuristics for production scheduling while respecting tank constraints. Graphical Planning Board: Provides a visual tool for tank utilization and schedule adjustments. Integrations: Integration with SAP ECC and S/4 Hana system Integration with 3rd party scheduling systems Use SAP SAP IBP Demand Planning or integrated ECC demand forecasts. Create planned orders or production orders based on demand. Certification & Education Should be certified with SAP IBP Desired qualifications Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) 6 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
