Assistant Manager - IT Infra

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems (O365), laptops, desktops, firewalls, CCTV, leased line, software, hardware, and Veeam backup solution.
   
2. Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in a global marketplace.
   
3. Ensure reliable IT infrastructure and networking thats consistently available and running smoothly.
   
4. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to communicate project status, activities, and key achievements.
   
5. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing issues, and assessing their impact.
   
6. Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement robust processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
   
7. Ensure data security, capacity management, and storage planning.
   
8. Maintain IT asset register and user compliance records with up-to-date status.
   
9. Track billing and payments of IT service providers to avoid service disruptions.
   
10. Provide remote IT support to users across multiple locations from Pune Head Office.
    
11. Manage high-severity and high-priority IT incidents, including communication with directors.
    
12. Expertise in EPABX (Matrix) system management.
    

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
  
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and security tools.
  
• Knowledge of O365, firewalls, CCTV, leased line, and Veeam backup solutions.
  
• Strong vendor and service provider management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  

Preferred Candidate:

• Based in Pune with the ability to provide remote IT support across multiple locations.
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage critical IT incidents effectively.
