HR Manager - Project (Male)

Job Title: Project HR Manager Experience: 710 years Qualification: Masters Degree in Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR functions for our ongoing and upcoming manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in handling HR activities within the manufacturing sector, especially in dynamic, site-based, or project-oriented environments. Key Responsibilities: Enhance organizational human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations initiatives at project sites. Prepare, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures tailored to project-specific needs. Specialize in payroll processing, preferably using Keka HR software . Regular monitoring of staff attendance, capacity utilization, project placements, transfers, site amenities, payroll, and benefits. Conduct workplace investigations, and manage disciplinary actions and termination procedures with professionalism and discretion. Maintain and update historical HR records with an effective filing and retrieval system. Liaison with government departments to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws. Oversee implementation of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances across all project sites. Execute administrative duties including logistics, accommodations, and site-related HR support. Follow instructions, respond effectively to management directions, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement. Candidate Profile: Masters degree in HR with 7–10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/project environment . In-depth knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems and labour law compliance . Excellent leadership, planning, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability and time management skills. High level of self-motivation and organizational capabilities. Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy .
