Roles and Responsibilities

Manage bench resources effectively by analyzing demand patterns, identifying skill gaps, and developing strategies to optimize utilization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop workforce plans that align with organizational goals.
Implement capacity management processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects and programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.

Desired Candidate Profile

14-20 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), Bench Management, Capacity Management, Demand Management & RMG.
Strong understanding of resource management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proven track record in managing large teams or projects.
