Iconma is hiring for Recruitment Manager/ Delivery Manager - Engineering(Aerospace & Defense/Automotive) Healthcare IT Prior US Staffing/US Recruitment experience with Direct Client/VMS/MSP in Engineering/Healthcare/IT domain will be considered Role & responsibilities Assign requirements as soon as they come in from the VMS. Work with RM and Recruiter to get the requirements assigned as they come out of the system. Read the job description before assigning. Highlight the required skills for the job before sending it to the recruiter. If not enough info on the requirement or the rates are not appropriate, or any details are missing then work with the Account Manager to get additional info for the recruiting team. Analyze the availability of recruiters, check to confirm availability with the Recruiting Manager and assign the requirements to the available recruiters. Ensures requirements are assigned ASAP without any delay. Make sure submissions are made within 24 hours of the requirements being assigned or in lesser time for HOT reqs. Follows up with recruiters on submissions/updates. Quality checks of the resumes before submissions Accepts and rejects requirements in the system (VMS) Communicate all heads-up requirements from the Account Managers to the recruiting team. Liaison between Account Manager and Recruiting team members. Daily report generation on performance. Make recommendations and come up with strategies on how to improve delivery as well as our numbers on those clients. Make sure all the submittals follow and maintains client policies, procedures and guidelines. Auditing submissions as well as all activities around the assigned clients Monitor and follow up on all emails and other documents as well as communication on the clients assigned. Keeps track of interview notification emails and ensure AM's are sending interview requests on all candidates. Ensures offers are closed and sent out accurately and within time. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Azure/AWS Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and highly available solutions on the Azure/AWS platforms. The Azure/AWS Cloud Engineer will play a critical role in driving the adoption of cloud technologies, ensuring the seamless operation of cloud based applications, and optimizing performance to meet the organizations evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities:1. Design, deploy, and maintain Azure/AWS infrastructure and services, including but not limited to virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, Azure Active Directory, and SQL databases.2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to architect and implement cloud solutions that align with business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards.3. Develop and maintain automation scripts for provisioning, configuration, and orchestration using platforms such as Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Automation, PowerShell, or other relevant tools.4. Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Azure/AWS resources and services to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud based applications and systems.5. Implement security policies, access controls, and encryption protocols to safeguard Azure/AWSenvironments and data, adhering to compliance and governance requirements.6. Collaborate with development teams to streamline the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) process in Azure/AWS DevOps or similar tools for efficient application delivery.7. Provide expertise and support in areas such as Azure/AWS cost management, capacity planning, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies.8. Participate in the evaluation of new Azure/AWS offerings, technologies, and services to drive innovation and improve the overall cloud environment. Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified:Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified:AzureSolutions Architect Expert preferred.2. Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure/AWS infrastructure and services, with a strong understanding of Azure/AWS IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.3. Proficiency in implementing and managing security, identity, and access management solutions, leveraging Active Directory, Security Center, and other related tools.4. Hands on experience with scripting and automation using tools such as Azure Resource Manager templates, PowerShell, Ansible, or other relevant technologies.5. Strong understanding of networking concepts and experience in configuring and troubleshooting Azure/AWS Virtual Networks, VPN gateways, and ExpressRoute.6. Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and their integration with respective cloud services and applications.7. Knowledge of best practices in Azure/AWS DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and experience working in an agile development environment.8. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues in cloud environments and provide scalable solutions.9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team oriented, fast paced environment
