Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Work with clients in the
Chemicals & Natural Resources
industry to address strategic, operational, and digital transformation challenges.
Support solution design, development, and implementation across
supply chain, operations, and sustainability initiatives
.
Analyze client processes and recommend best practices leveraging
ERP, advanced analytics, and industry 4.0 solutions
.
Drive
business process optimization
and enable clients to achieve cost efficiencies and growth targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver
end-to-end consulting projects
.
Develop
business cases, functional documentation, and transformation roadmaps
.
Stay updated on
industry trends, regulations, and sustainability frameworks
relevant to CNR.
Contribute to
business development activities
including RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

48 years of experience in
consulting or industry roles
within Chemicals & Natural Resources.
Strong knowledge of
industry processes
such as exploration, refining, chemicals manufacturing, supply chain, or energy transition.
Hands-on exposure to
ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
and
digital tools
in operations and supply chain.
Experience in
business process re-engineering, cost optimization, and transformation programs
.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in
cross-cultural, global teams
and handle client-facing responsibilities.

Nice to Have

Exposure to
sustainability, ESG, and energy transition projects
.
Experience with
data analytics, AI/ML applications, or IoT in operations
.
MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
Prior experience in
top-tier consulting firms
.
