Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Land Parcels and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential

markets and regions for commercial and residential development opportunities and conduct

feasibility study for the prospective projects.

• Site Visits and Surveys: Perform site inspections for greenfield and brownfield opportunities focusing

on access to the site, shape of the site, utilities and public infrastructure nearby. Involve Vaastu

consultants to assess land profile.

• Survey: Survey the locality and surrounding developments to understand the market and product mix,

commercial or residential trends, target demographics,etc.

• Consultants Network: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key IPC and local land

and capital market consultants. Also have a strong network of RE channel partners to conduct market

analysis.

• Develop Proposals and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, in-

depth analysis to the Board/Chairman.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and

potential areas for growth, right product mix required in key markets, etc.

• Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking

opportunities to build connections, and stay updated on industry developments, new opportunities

for developers, etc.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the project management, sales teams,etc. to

ensure a seamless transition from business development to project execution.

• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare end to end in depth business proposals which include land

analysis/due dilligence, market studies, feasibility studies, revenue projections, comparative analysis

etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a

related field.

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or land and capital market

Strong understanding of land analysis and real estate project principles, services, and applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team and lead a

team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to land surveying.

• Existing network of contacts in land and capital markets or construction industry.

• Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) and related technology.
