Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential and existing customers to

  promote loan products and financial services

  .
• Explain

  product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits

  clearly to customers.
• Follow up on leads,

  resolve customer queries

  , and convert them into successful closures.
• Maintain

  accurate customer data and call records

  .
• Achieve

  daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure

  smooth loan processing

  .
• Maintain a

  professional, customer-focused, and ethical approach

  at all times.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years

  of telecalling experience in the BFSI industry.
• Experience handling

  loan products

  (personal, business, home, or vehicle loans).
• Excellent

  communication and persuasion skills

  in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer skills, including

  MS Excel and CRM tools

  .
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and

  driven to achieve sales targets

  .
