Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Panaji. The Caller will be responsible for making phone calls to prospective students and working professionals, providing information about our programs, answering queries, and assisting with the enrollment process. The role includes maintaining records of interactions, following up on leads, and ensuring data accuracy in databases. Required Hindi Fluency

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
• Customer service experience and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
