Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, set appointments with CXO-level executives, and handle concept selling through effective communication. The role involves following up with prospects through email and SMS marketing, managing event registrations, building and profiling data, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for outbound calling and lead generation
• Experience with appointment setting and concept selling
• Skills in email and SMS marketing, event registration management
• Proficiency in data services such as list building and profiling
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
