Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Caller located in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products and services, and answering inquiries. The role involves maintaining detailed records of all interactions, following up with leads, and achieving set targets. The Caller will also be expected to support the sales team by identifying and transferring qualified leads for further engagement.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential learners via phone, WhatsApp, or email to inform them about courses, programs, and offers.
• Convert leads into enrollments by explaining program benefits, features, and career outcomes.
• Assist in resolving doubts regarding course content, duration, fees, payment plans, and certification.
• Coordinate with mentors, counsellors, and the marketing team to schedule demos or counselling sessions.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and enrollment targets set by the management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or sales calling
• Basic understanding of technology and innovative products
• Ability to maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferable
