About Us:

New Vision Internationale Studienakademie is an international education consultancy helping students and professionals pursue opportunities abroad, including higher education, medical careers, and specialized programs in Germany and other countries. We are expanding our team in Hyderabad and looking for motivated Telecallers to support our student outreach and counseling services.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available programs and opportunities abroad
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone/email and provide accurate information
• Maintain lead records and follow up regularly to maximize conversions
• Achieve daily/weekly call and enrollment targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (additional languages are an advantage)
• Prior telecalling / customer service / sales experience preferred
• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
