Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Gurugram. The Caller will be responsible for contacting prospective students and professionals to provide information about the courses and programs offered by IREED. This includes answering inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and assisting with the enrollment process. The role will involve engaging in phone conversations, maintaining call records, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all potential enrollees.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or call center environment
• Ability to manage and maintain detailed records of calls
• Proficiency in handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and providing information
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with the education sector, specifically real estate programs, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
