Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for real estate professionals on sales, leasing, negotiations, and customer handling.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and case studies tailored to real estate practices.
• Train employees on

  real estate laws, RERA compliance, documentation, and transaction processes

• Mentor and guide new hires to adapt quickly to company processes and industry practices.
• Organize workshops, role plays, and mock client interactions to build confidence and practical skills.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and update content as per market trends.
• Collaborate with sales and HR teams to identify training needs.

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Prior experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and coach employees.
