About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Amazon Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new sellers through the end-to-end onboarding process on Amazon, ensuring a smooth setup of their accounts, compliance with policies, and readiness to start selling successfully. You will work closely with sellers, internal teams, and support functions to provide a seamless onboarding experience. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist new sellers in account creation, verification, and documentation as per Amazon’s compliance standards. Guide sellers through Amazon’s tools, dashboards, and processes (listing, pricing, inventory, and advertising setup). Ensure sellers understand Amazon policies, product guidelines, and best practices for performance metrics. Coordinate with internal teams (support, catalog, payments, operations) to resolve onboarding-related issues. Provide training and orientation sessions (virtual or in-person) to new sellers. Track and monitor onboarding progress, escalating blockers proactively. Maintain accurate onboarding records and prepare regular reports on seller progress and performance. Educate sellers on Amazon programs such as FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), Sponsored Ads, and Brand Registry. Deliver a positive seller experience that fosters long-term engagement and growth on Amazon. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, seller onboarding, account management, or customer success (Amazon experience preferred). Strong communication skills (English & regional languages desirable). Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data reporting. Problem-solving attitude with ability to manage multiple sellers at once. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, SPN tools, or other marketplaces is an added advantage.
