Job Description

Responsible for assisting sellers in successfully onboarding to the Amazon marketplace, ensuring smooth account setup, product listing, compliance checks, and initial operations support. Key Responsibilities: Guide new sellers through the Amazon onboarding process. Assist in account creation, KYC documentation, and verification. Upload and optimize product listings as per Amazon guidelines. Provide training on Amazon Seller Central tools and features. Resolve seller queries during the onboarding phase. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth activation of seller accounts. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or seller support (preferred). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
