The ideal candidate will balance team leadership with recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage telecalling staff. Handle HR operations: onboarding, attendance, leaves, and basic compliance. Lead and monitor the telecalling team to ensure performance and target achievement. Maintain call and HR data using Excel and CRM tools like Acefone. Act as the main point of contact for team coordination and HR-related issues. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of HR operations and policies. Experience with Acefone or similar telecalling platforms. Proficient in Excel (attendance, reporting, performance tracking). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
