The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential and existing customers, and support the sales and service process through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers. Explain Amaari’s products and services clearly and persuasively. Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
