CA(Chartered Accountant)

We are looking for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and auditing practices. As a Chartered Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Audit & Compliance:
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant accounting laws and regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Taxation:
• Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including income tax, GST, and other applicable taxes.
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely compliance.
• Advise management on tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Financial Planning & Strategy:
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies.
• Work closely with senior management to assess financial risks and opportunities.
• Advisory & Business Consulting:
• Offer strategic advice on business operations, mergers & acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
• Guide management on financial strategies to enhance company profitability and growth.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Oversee a team of junior accountants and assist in their professional development.
• Ensure the accounting team adheres to best practices and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from a recognized body.
• Experience: Fresher of 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Tax Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tax laws, VAT, GST, and corporate taxation.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and auditing.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
