Key Responsibilities: Official Correspondence Management: Draft, review, and finalize official letters, emails, memos, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all communications adhere to the company's branding and communication guidelines. Maintain a repository of standardized templates for various communication needs. Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the main office and sub-departments to streamline communication. Organize and facilitate regular coordination meetings; prepare agendas and record minutes. Monitor the progress of interdepartmental projects and ensure timely updates are communicated. Email & Letter Drafting: Compose clear and concise emails and letters for diverse scenarios, including project updates, meeting invitations, and announcements. Customize communication templates to suit specific departmental needs. Ensure all correspondence is free from errors and maintains a professional tone. Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of all communications, both digital and hard copies. Implement a tracking system for outgoing and incoming correspondence.
