1. Project Design & Feasibility Studies Conduct site assessments and feasibility evaluations for electrification in remote areas. Infrastructure Planning & Implementation Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource schedules. Supervise installation and commissioning of solar, hybrid or conventional power systems. careercenter.ies.org 3. Stakeholder Coordination & Permitting Interface with government bodies, local authorities, utility cooperatives, and NGOs to secure permits and approvals. Work closely with community members to manage local engagement and training. 4. Monitoring, Commissioning & Training Lead commissioning activities, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues post-installation. Compliance & Safety Assurance Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements.
