Position: Chartered Accountant (CA) Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. The intern will get hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management while working closely under experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Support in daily accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP systems.

2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns.
• Support in TDS computation, payment, and return filing.
• Help in preparing documents for income tax assessments.

3. Audit & Compliance

• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Help in preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

4. Financial Analysis & MIS

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Support in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Conduct basic financial data analysis for management.

5. Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and internal teams.
• Assist in process improvements and workflow efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• CA Intermediate (Group 1/Group 2 cleared or both groups).
• Registered for articleship as per ICAI guidelines.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax concepts.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks (preferred).

Soft Skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• High level of integrity and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
