Job Description

Purpose of the role: As a C# .Net Developer/Lead, you'll design and develop clean and highly performant code with a focus on backend API’s. You'll take a lead role in an Agile team environment, defining Sprints and ensuring that software is secure and developed in the right way to best practices. You'll oversee develop code, do code reviews, ensure any blockers are removed and that high-quality software is delivered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible for complete design and coding of the assigned modules or applications. Analyze customer data and ensure reporting compliance. Implement constant efficiency improvement & problem-solving processes. Lead technical innovation and automation for the services provided to customers. Organize technical teams, distribute work and monitor progress, quality assurance, and performance, in a multidisciplinary team environment. Work closely with the Project Managers on the planning and execution of program development activities. Lead\direct the development of Software module or applications in every part of the SDLC process including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, promoting and support. Be part of or enable business teams to writing requirements, creating test plans implementing code reviews and leading teams to implement software releases. Collaborate with multiple internal or external stakeholders to ensure on time delivery. Experience: Post Graduate or Graduate in Engineering or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with Computer Science or Computer Applications or related Specialisation Minimum 6 to 12 years relevant experience in Software Applications & Development Skills & Competencies: JD For Senior Developer Requirement 8+ years of experience in developing and maintaining applications using C# and.NET Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core Proficiency in front end technologies like Ember JS, Angular & Node JS, Komodo UI Knowledge of relational db like Oracle and MySQL Strong understanding of object-oriented design (OOD), design patterns and best coding practice Experience with Version control system like GIT Experience with CI / CD pipeline, Jenkins Platform to create, maintain and deploy workflows for build deployment Participate in design and architecture of software solution Code review and drive best practice Work with cross functional team and deliver features on time Address complex production issues and provide effective solutions Excellent Debugging skills and optimize application performance Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Excellent communication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment Show more Show less
