Company: Ninexfold Location: On-site Only ( Indore ) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Negotiable Based on Experience) Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Timings may change as per business requirements) Ninexfold is expanding and looking for a skilled, confident, and highly experienced Business Development Executive who can represent our Digital Marketing and IT Services with professionalism and expertise. This role requires someone who can lead client meetings, present services clearly, explain technical concepts, handle follow-ups, convince clients effectively, and close deals independently. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle — from handling incoming leads to nurturing them and converting them into long-term clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

● Conduct engaging meetings with both international and domestic clients (video, voice, or in-person). ● Present and explain all Digital Marketing & IT Services in a clear, confident, and professional manner. ● Understand client requirements thoroughly and recommend the most suitable solutions. ● Handle assigned leads end-to-end: Lead Handling → Communication → Follow-ups → Pitching → Convincing → Negotiation → Deal Closure ● Maintain proactive and consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion. ● Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships. ● Work closely with the internal delivery team to ensure proper client onboarding. ● Maintain accurate CRM entries, prepare reports, and track progress regularly. ● Represent Ninexfold with professionalism in every meeting and interaction.

📚 Required Skills, Expertise & Experience

● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role. ● Strong theoretical knowledge of complete Digital Marketing Services, including: ○ SEO ○ SMM ○ PPC / Google Ads ○ Website Development ○ Content Marketing ○ Branding ○ Email Marketing ○ Social Media Management ○ Lead Generation ○ Graphic Designing Services ○ Full Digital Strategy Planning ● Good understanding of IT Services, such as: ○ Software & Web Development ○ Mobile App Development ○ Cloud & SAAS Solutions ○ IT Support Services ○ Technical services offered by Ninexfold ● Must have excellent English communication skills — verbal and written. ● Strong convincing skills — absolutely mandatory. ● Confident in leading meetings with international clients (US, UK, Canada, UAE, Europe). ● Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. ● Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, and meet targets on time. ● High follow-up discipline with a track record of converting leads. ● Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage priorities effectively.● Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, email tools, and online meeting platforms. ✨ Preferred Qualities ● Experience in selling digital marketing and IT service solutions globally. ● Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and pitch effectively. ● Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to helping the company grow. ● Ability to understand client pain points and convert them into actionable business opportunities. ● Creative approach toward problem-solving and solution presentation.
