We are seeking a highly driven business development executive to find and seize new business opportunities, boost sales, and broaden our clients. The ideal applicant will possess a solid grasp of the food industry, outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, and a successful track record in business development. Key Responsibilities * Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach * Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demand * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets * Present company products/services to prospective clients and Negotiate contracts and close deals * Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts * Provide insights to improve product positioning and sales strategy * Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams * Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM * Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance and pipeline * Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and follow up for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field * 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player (Freshers are also welcome)
