MediBuddy is led by co-founders Mr. Satish Kannan & Mr. Enbasekar, asCEO & CTO, respectively.The Business Trainee will work closely with cross-functional teams to support businessplanning, market research, operations, and strategic initiatives. This role is designed to groomhigh-potential graduates into future business leaders by providing hands-on exposure acrosscore business functions.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
• Support business planning, reporting, and performance tracking
• Analyze data to identify business trends and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports
• Support execution of strategic projects and process improvements
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business fundamentals
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of SQL/Power BI is a plus)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: MBA / PGDM / B.Tech / ( recent graduates)
• Specializations preferred: Marketing, Operations, Finance, Analytics, Strategy
• From premier institutes (IITs / IIMs / Tier-1 colleges preferred)
