Job Description

Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Young Leadership Program

Understand People, Process and Technology associated with group and its objectives

Manage finance and accounting process related deliverables and/or projects independently and assume additional responsibilities as a member of the team

Ideate and drive solutions to improve group and process effectiveness

Develop a detailed understanding of the Finance and Accounting processes, and financial and regulatory reporting requirements

Coordinate, organize and prioritize operations or projects with a special focus on results.

Works with internal & external stakeholders globally and build long-term working relationships

Continuously learn, train and document procedures

The Experience You Bring

Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Exposure to ERP footprint, data visualization and automation tools is preferred
