Job Description
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring operational excellence by maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity in servicing Invesco s institutional and retail clients, as well as internal business partners.
Role

Assist with and learn about day-to-day activities, delivering with high quality and productivity

Fulfil requirements and meet goals and bench ks set out at the start of the program

Prepare and maintain accurate & complete process documentation covering process risks
-
Address client queries and assist team lead in process escalations
-
Effectively articulate business requirements in concise and efficient manner with multiple teams
-
Analyze the current process flow, requirements, and areas of improvement, propose ideas that result in time or cost savings and be a change champion

Support all aspects of maintenance and improvement of the processes, including opportunities to build efficiency and enhanced control measures

Be part of the section level initiatives, contribute to ideation, planning and execution
-
Rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business
The Experience
-
Knowledge of financial industry fundamentals, asset classes, mutual fund framework & investment life cycle
-
Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail
-
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
-
Proficiency in MS Office
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
-
Knowledge of a generic trade life cycle, complex and derived products of the industry is preferred
Academic requirements
-
MBA/PGDM in Finance ( Batch)
-
No current backlogs
-
50% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
-
Extra-curricular initiatives (within academics or external experience) preferably on finance domain would be an added advantage
