Your Role: - Daily Monitoring of investment restrictions and guidelines. - Learn and practice rule coding and testing in the Order Management System (OMS). - Responsible for identifying any unusual or potential breach through transaction activity, reporting, and escalating in accordance with guidelines. - Assist in preparing documentation to support reviews, meet SEC/regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. - Collaborate with global compliance team members to assess, monitor, report, develop, and implement compliance monitoring activities. - Address compliance issues related to trading strategies and technology-related controls. - Find solutions to compliance issues independently and escalate complex questions to managers. - Assist in Compliance projects, enhance controls, and present learnings to the Compliance team. The Experience You Bring: - 0-2 years of work experience in the Asset Management Industry. - Knowledge of financial products and programming languages is advantageous. - Experience with regulatory environments such as UCITS, SFC, FCA, SEC, and ERISA is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Effective computer skills. - Flexible and adaptable attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. Academic Requirements: - MBA Finance or any professional qualification with finance as the major specialization.
