Role Overview

As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. You will support leadership in shaping business strategy, translating high-level goals into actionable plans, and ensuring smooth execution across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, structured thinking, and working across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance & Revenue Insights

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance by region, pipeline, and sales representative
• Analyze revenue trends, pipeline health, demo performance, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights and clear recommendations
• Identify emerging markets, declining regions, and white-space opportunities to inform expansion and resource allocation

2. Channel Strategy & Enablement

• Support refinement of channel and go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, tiering, incentive structures, and performance expectations
• Ensuring accurate setup across CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), websites, and product catalogs

3. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

• Standardize data collection and reporting processes, including contacts, territories, and sales activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation, process documentation, and SOPs
• Identify bottlenecks across the revenue and execution funnel and drive process improvements to accelerate deal velocity

4. Strategic Projects & Leadership Support

• Lead or support cross-functional strategic projects such as market mapping, competitive analysis, and territory optimization
• Provide insights to support quarter/annual strategic planning
• Act as a high-ownership execution partner to leadership, driving initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, analytics, or cross-functional roles
• Demonstrated high-ownership mindset
• Proven ability to drive initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
• High level of flexibility and adaptability, with willingness to step outside defined responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
