Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in the manufacturing industry, your role will involve establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector, particularly in tiles, plywood, sanitary, and marble manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and trust. - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. - Driving sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the manufacturing sector. - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and client feedback. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, service delivery, and problem resolution. - Conducting regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. - Utilizing market insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance service offerings. - Working closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to align client needs with operational capabilities. - Facilitating communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Conducting regular field visits to client sites to understand their operations, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Developing an in-depth understanding of marble manufacturing processes to provide expert advice and solutions to clients. - Collaborating with technical teams to tailor product offerings specific to client requirements in marble applications. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or sales within the manufacturing industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in tiles, plywood, sanitary, and marble manufacturing is preferred. - Willingness to travel for fieldwork and client meetings as required.
