Business Relationship Manager

As a Business Relationship Manager in the Business Banking Assets department, your role involves managing and servicing an existing portfolio of WC clients. This includes renewing and enhancing limits, building strong relationships with promoters, and tailoring WC solutions to meet customer needs effectively. Your responsibilities also include ensuring portfolio growth, timely limit renewals, and closure of pending PDDs. You will be required to track and liaise with customers for necessary compliance such as stock statements, insurance, and audits. Regular visits to client locations are necessary to maintain connections, ensure business model functionality, and optimize utilization. Monitoring utilization patterns monthly will help identify any anomalies. Minimizing delinquency and collaborating with internal departments for issue resolution within minimal TAT are crucial aspects of your role.
