Business Operations Analyst - Talent Acquisition

*Position Overview*

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to drive data-backed decision-making in Talent Acquisition. This role focuses on data modeling, forecasting, capacity/resource planning, and operational analytics to improve efficiency and optimize resource allocation. You will create foundational reporting frameworks, track performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape TA strategy and execution.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Manage budget tracking, variance analysis, and expense reconciliation.

• Build and maintain forecasting and cost models for spend, headcount, and sourcing strategies.

• Conduct capacity and resource modeling based on hiring volumes and efficiency targets.

• Analyze process and cycle time data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

• Consolidate data from multiple systems (ATS, HRIS, CRM, LinkedIn) to measure TA performance.

• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for performance tracking and business reviews.

• Define KPIs, benchmarks, and baseline data to monitor operational effectiveness.

• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve cost efficiency, service delivery, and resource allocation.

*Qualifications*

• Bachelor//'s or masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• ~10 years//' experience in business operations, data analysis, and performance monitoring.

• Strong skills in data modeling, forecasting, and capacity planning.

• Experience with predictive analytics and strategic data interpretation.

• Proficiency in Excel and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
