Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive / Business Operations Analyst to manage and analyze business data, generate reports, and support operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate with at least 3 years of experience in preparing MIS reports, data management, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Analyze business performance, sales trends, and operational efficiency using data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams for data consolidation and reporting.
• Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records in Excel or ERP systems.
• Support the management team with business analytics, presentations, and dashboards.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
• Ensure timely submission of all reports and compliance with company standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization tools preferred.
• Analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of business operations, accounting principles, and KPIs will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
