Job Responsibilities

Help drive and support business operations and team strategy, managing strategic initiatives/projects, driving higher productivity and operational effectiveness.

Work closely with BU leadership, engineering teams, finance and HR to understand program objectives and partner for effective outcomes.
Develop, coordinate, and sustain top-level BU objectives with regular reports to leadership.
Develop executive-ready presentations, team highlights and all-team communications.

Desired Skills And Experience

MBA from a reputed B-school with 4-5 years of experience in Operations/ Strategy/ Consulting in startup or tech organization.

Ability to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment.
Strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to get things done.
Strong collaboration with excellent communications skills who can work across teams to build consensus.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Experience collaborating with diverse teams and a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to work and function effectively in a team environment with dynamically changing priorities.
Advanced skills in MS tools, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
