Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SQL Developer with 58 years of hands-on expertise in SQL Server, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level data solutions, including ETL processes, reports, and dashboards to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. Develop, deploy, and manage SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various data sources. Create and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards based on business requirements. Troubleshoot and optimize existing ETL workflows and reports for performance and accuracy. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions Perform routine database maintenance, performance tuning, and error handling. Document technical specifications, processes, and configurations. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5–8 years of professional experience in SQL development and Microsoft BI stack. Strong proficiency in T-SQL with experience in writing complex queries and stored procedures. Hands-on experience in developing and deploying SSIS packages. Expertise in creating and maintaining SSRS reports. Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL best practices. Experience with performance tuning and query optimization. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or TFS. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
