Job Description

Business Operations Analyst / Coordinator

What you’ll do:

Support Professional Services, DevOps, and Product teams in running core business processes (e.g., project portfolio, budgets, resources, asset management, CRM/ERP).
Coordinate recurring operational processes to ensure data quality and business continuity.
Drive small internal change & improvement projects – from requirements gathering to implementation.
Act as an administrator for internal systems (CRM, ERP, reporting tools).
Prepare clear reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, business analysis, or change management.
Background in the IT sector, with experience in CRM/ERP (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint, PowerBI, or Azure DevOps is a bonus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural, and hybrid work environment.

Qualifications:

Degree/diploma in Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Certifications in Business Analysis, Project/Change Management are a plus.
Fluent in English (other languages a bonus).
