Experience : 15 + years

A data-driven and growth-focused Business Head with P&L responsibility. She / He will be responsible for building operational excellence, harnessing analytics for decision-making, and driving sustainable revenue growth across our Media, Fintech and Enterprise business. The position will be at the heart of scaling the company, ensuring every operational lever is aligned to performance, customer value, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Growth & P&L ownership
• Partner with CFO and department leadership, to define growth strategies and execute revenue plans. Drive top-line growth while maintaining sustainable margins.
• Scale recurring revenues through customer acquisition, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and retention strategies.
• Drive go-to-market execution, pricing optimization, and partnerships that unlock new revenue streams.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk management frameworks.
• Analytics-Driven Leadership
• Leverage data insights to optimize monetization models in Media, Fintech, and SaaS verticals.
• Implement dashboards and KPI systems that drive accountability and decision-making at all levels.
• Leverage predictive analytics to improve customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and forecast revenues.

Operational Excellence, Team & Culture

• Build scalable systems and processes that support hyper-growth across business lines.
• Align cross-functional teams around customer success and revenue outcomes.
• Lead high-performing teams with a strong focus on analytics, execution, and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of leadership experience in New Media, Fintech, SaaS, or analytics-driven tech environments. Computer Science + Management degree from premier institute
• Proven track record of scaling multi-vertical businesses with full P&L ownership.
• Strong background in analytics, data-driven growth strategies, and financial management.
• Expertise in customer lifecycle management, SaaS revenue models, and digital monetization.
• Deep understanding of fintech compliance, risk frameworks, and enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
