Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Baddi, with some work from home acceptable, for a Business Manager. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in the delivery of services. Responsibilities include managing teams, developing business strategies, analyzing financial data, creating and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role requires a focus on fostering a productive work environment and contributing to the company's growth.

• Financial analysis and budgeting skills

• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
